Open the template duplicate it and close the other 

delete the copyright link

resize it by 75 %

Now take your mw and click the frame 

open paper  6 

paste as new layer hit invert and delete and none 

Take your mw and click inside of the frames go to selection modify expand by 10
Open Paper_11 paste as new layer hit invert and delete and drag it under
