Open a new raster 800 x 800
Open BB_Frame_2 duplicate it and rotate a bit and resize just a tad
smaller
and paste one over another
and paste as new layer
Take your mw and click inside of the frames go to selection modify expand by 10
Open Paper_7 paste as new layer hit invert and delete and drag it under

the other on bottom of tag and use blur - Gaussian blur 5.00
