Open a new raster 800 x 800
Open frame 10
rotate one of the frames a little to the left
Paste as new layer
Take your mw and click inside of the frame 1 go to selection modify expand by 9
Open Paper_13 paste as new layer hit invert and delete and drag it under

rotate it 90 degrees to left
Paste as new layer

Mask of choice 

Lets get started 
Open the template duplicate it and close the other 
start from the last layers 
the papers i used are 
paper 1 
paper 3
paper 5
paper 10 
paper 11

once you completed that 
i selected the small boxes layers merged together 
Select - Select all and float n defloat 
open element 34
and paste it in the there
invert and delete 
hit new layer

i used eye candy - glass 
changed the opacity to about 75
